Description
CIMGUARD OAK PROTECT 408 is a solvent-based corrosion preventive designed for use on ferrous and non-ferrous metals. This product can provide up to 24 months of indoor and outdoor protection if parts are kept undercover when stored outdoors. It is particularly useful for coating internal or interconnecting parts that are subject to metal-to-metal wear. CIMGUARD OAK PROTECT 408 is recommended for use in steel mills or foundries, especially for coating parts that will be shipped overseas. It leaves a transparent, elastic coating that allows for visual inspection of parts and will expand or contract without cracking.
